Hi! I'm Susan Seals.

I would describe myself as an Intrapreneur and Entrepreneur.

My career has spanned three continents, and my business experience in both first and third world economies has taught me the adaptability to rise to the top in changing times and somewhat turbulent environments.

Charles Darwin stated "It's not the strongest of the species, nor the most intelligent, that survive; it's the one most responsive to change".

In the midst of the global business transformation that's occurring, we're all faced with the dynamics of chaos and opportunity. Those of us who continually adapt to change will find ways to float on top, no matter the turbulence. And the greater the change, the greater the opportunity.

What I am not: I'm not  a certified personnel consultant; not a past VP of Human Resources; I’m not even a recruiter.

What I have been in the past is a hiring decision maker. I've hired hundreds of people during my career. And what I’ve built here is a strategy that pretty much turns the traditional job search process on its head. Why would I do that? My background is not inside-the-box of the typical recruitment arena. So I look at that system from the outside. And when something doesn’t seem to be working anymore I usually look at the opposite for a solution.

The traditional process of getting hired is to "start near the bottom" of the recruitment chain and work your way up to the hiring manager and to the executive decision maker to get a job offer. The opposite of that is to "Target Your Job Search at the Executive Suite".

But how do you get the attention of the executive suite? Even LinkedIn, the preferred 'professional' network of social media focuses on "What you know" and "Who you know" which limits your branding reach. The opposite of that is "Who Knows You".
